1) To add a new user, you need to be in the administrator account. When in the administrator account, click on the Windows logo on the extreme left corner of the screen.
2) Observe a picture just above your current username, click on it. You would observe a popup screen, select the second last option.
3) The result of the previous selection would take you to a screen which displays various accounts that preexist on the system. Generally it should display only one account unless you have created new accounts. In this page you would find an option of adding New accounts. Click on the option and create new users for your PC.
The process of creating new users doesn’t end with that. Apart from the name of the account which you decide, you also have to decide on the amount of privilege that should rest with the users. Unless the account lies with a known person and trusted person, never give away too many options at their disposal. You can also have multiple administrator accounts if you wish to provide similar facilities to the other users too.
