Next in our series featuring the best first person shooting games that have hit the stores recently such as Killzone 2, we bring to you the latest in the Far Cry series by Ubi Soft, called Far Cry 2.
Although the game play is as good as it can get, Ubi Soft has not been justified in marketing this as the true sequel of Far Cry as there are very few visible similarities in the two of them, possibly because the developers of the first edition Crytek have not been a part of the team developing this one. However, this doesn’t mean that the game is not good or not worth playing. With a story based in chaotic Africa and mission well chalked out for you, the game transports you right into the middle of the forests where you actually feel that survival is a fight on its own.
The arsenal has a large choice and you can lay your hands on real mission weapons like sniper rifles, automatic machine guns and battle rifles. The touch of the realism is brought to the game with African animals that have been included in the game play.
